紐西蘭工黨有意限制外國人購買成屋

紐西蘭工黨黨主席舒利亞（David Shearer）接受國營電視台TVNZ訪問表示，若工黨贏得2014年大選，擬限制外國人在紐西蘭購買成屋。

舒利亞說，工黨擬效法澳洲，限制外國人的房屋所有權，以壓低房價，除澳洲人以外的外國人，僅能在紐國購買新屋。

但專家警告，此舉可能違反紐國和中國的自由貿易協定。

今年紐國兩大城市房價飆升至歷史新高，原因包括利率低廉、奧克蘭人口增加和基督城震後重建。
