最高軍事檢察署檢察長曹金生今天下午指出，洪仲丘案沒有「趕進度」的問題，一切按既有偵查計畫進行，不受總統出國或其他情況影響。

部分被告律師、洪家義務律師今天都提及專案小組應已進入偵結階段，甚至有消息指為配合總統出訪，辦案在趕進度。曹金生今天下午接受媒體訪問時，除了強調沒有趕進度問題，也透露正在做資料彙整的工作，是按既有的偵查計畫進行。

曹金生說，專案小組檢察官有偵辦的權責，日後可以公開計畫接受公評，包括28日的現場模擬，也是計畫之一，沒有趕進度。
