洪仲丘猝死案軍檢羈押542旅副連長劉延俊未果，劉的律師邱正明今天下午到專案小組遞狀，補充答辯理由。

外傳劉曾說如果能關禁閉30天，他不會只關15天之類的話，邱正明表示，劉在洪案中並未實質影響或參與洪仲丘關禁閉作業，他在連上公開講話，只是全面宣導而非針對特定對象，應無共犯結構關係，他已經向檢方說明，今天再遞狀補充資料。

對專案小組羈押劉延俊不成抗告一事，邱正明表示不知道結果，也沒接到軍檢再聲請羈押開庭通知。
