幫狗打手槍判免罰　飼主：尊重判決不追究

【林亞輯／新北報導】新北市新莊分局明志派出所前所長黃建華4月底時，幫派出所對面麵攤所飼養的拉布拉多犬「PUGU」打手槍，遭錄影檢舉；新北市農業局裁定，並未觸犯動保法相關規定，簽報免罰結案。 

麵攤老闆娘聽到判決消息，表示尊重判決結果，因事發後PUGU並未出現不舒服的情形，他們不會追究。
