全台最大夜市開幕 周邊房價先漲近2成

【陳建宇／高雄報導】高雄市的凱旋及金鑽夜市陸續開幕，號稱全台最大的夜市，面積達1萬8000坪、逾700個攤位，吸引大量的人潮，房仲業者指出，重大的商業機能進駐，也帶動住宅需求，加上第1階段輕軌捷運話題，近1年房價已漲近2成。
 
住商不動產高雄夢時代加盟店店長林奇樂表示，凱旋及金鑽夜市吸引大量人潮錢潮，周邊區域知名度大增，住宅需求也提高，但周邊現有房屋不多，因此房價上漲是可預期的，加上捷運紅線凱旋站，以及將於2015年通車的輕軌捷運C2站，交通機能將更完備，近1年房價已上漲近2成，未來前景也持續看漲。
