前情報頭子Ａ公款　判刑10月

【劉志原╱台北報導】軍情局前局長夏瀛清退休後，2001年轉任上海印刷廠董事長，他被控在2004年間，和當時的總經理林維我等人，以支付履約保證金、退休金等名義，陸續侵占公款2000多萬元，檢察官依侵占罪嫌將夏瀛清起訴後，台北地院認為夏犯行屬實，今判夏10個月徒刑，可易科罰金27萬元。

至於同案其他被告林維我等6人，也均遭判有罪，各判刑3個月至2年2個月不等，均可以罰金900元易科1日；全案仍可上訴。
