台商撐盤　台灣房價每年漲10~15%

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台灣不動產投資協會理事長、瑞普國際集團總裁曾東茂表示，台灣數年來不動產售價漲幅，以每年平均10~15%成長，但香港及新加坡則以每年20~30%上升，令投資者對台灣不動產有補漲預期，加上台商回台購買不動產的需求強勁，也是台灣的不動產市場價格不斷上升的原因。

此外，台灣不動產投資協會問卷調查顯示，美國不動產最受投資人歡迎，今年不動產論壇中也將對投資人逐漸朝向國外發展，包括美國、日本、東南亞、中國等發表報告。
