林百貨81歲生日　經營者升旗宣示即將重生

【辛啟松／台南報導】台灣歷史上第二家百貨公司「林百貨」，81年前的今天開幕，台南市政府今年委託高青開發重新經營，高青特別舉行升旗儀式，把印有「林」商標的旗幟，隆重地懸掛回原來的旗竿上，並在頂樓同時懸掛各式五彩汽球陪襯，高青也宣布「林百貨」最快將於明年春天開始營業。
 
81年前，也就是1932年12月5日林百貨正式開幕，成為台灣歷史上繼台北菊元百貨後第二家開幕的百貨公司，可說是台南市歷史的重要時刻。市政府今年修護林百貨，並公開委託高青開發經營，雖然內部裝修還沒完工，高青仍選在林百貨81歲生日舉辦這場特別的升旗儀式。
 
高青開發表示，整個空間由建築師劉國滄、謝文泰聯手，打造「鳳凰絲綢」為意象的整體空間，目前整個裝修計畫正在文化局進行古蹟審查程序中，預計在本月中旬可以順利完成程序正式動工，最快將在明年春天正式對外營業。
