勞資會議辦法翻修 月底上路

勞委會通過「勞資會議實施辦法」修正案，除新增雇主應給勞方代表公假參加會議外，也不得對勞方代表有解雇、降職或減薪等不當對待，公司也應在勞資會議報告員工異動、離職率等勞工最新動態，以避免資方濫用無薪假。

勞委會預計月底前公告實施，這也是該法1985年上路以來最大規模翻修。

勞委會說，根據勞基法規定，雇主若欲延長工時、彈性工時和女性夜間工作等重大勞動權益，須經工會同意才能實施，若無工會，則須經勞資會議同意，由於國內工會成立比率低，更顯勞資會議的重要性。
