內政部長李鴻源下午舉行記者會，公佈新訂清境特定區計劃地質災害潛勢（草案）圖，表示內政部會將相關資料提供給南投縣政府作為後續處置參考，如果是危險地區建築，將請地方政府積極進行拆除。至於媒體追問能否公佈危險地區民宿名單，李鴻源表示，要等南投縣政府針對個別建築逐一清查後才能確定。
