港「廚魔」餐廳 獲米其林3星

【大陸中心/綜合外電報導】旅遊美食聖經《米其林指南》5日發行2014最新版港澳美食指南,共收錄358間餐廳及飯店。其中,香港餐廳有242間、飯店42間,澳門餐廳56間、飯店18間。

進榜香港餐廳中有5間獲3星最高殊榮,其中「Bo Innovation廚魔」與「志魂壽司」為今年新上榜,曾獲2星榮譽的「廚魔」餐廳,今年晉身3星名店。該店以分子料理聞名,店內主廚梁經倫在港素有「廚魔」之稱,著名菜式包括梅菜豬肉,甚至以梅菜雪糕來配鵝肝,相當有創意。去年獲2星的日式餐廳「Sushi Yoshitake」今年更名「志魂壽司」,憑精緻日本料理成功再摘一星,成為3星名店,店內廚師精選套餐組合一客逾台幣1萬3500元。

米其林評審員多為外國人,香港美食家未必認同這份名單。今年上榜名單多為高檔餐廳與連鎖集團,雖沒獲星卻列入「推介美食」的小店,則擔心米其林變成「死亡之吻」,因為房東有藉口加房租,甚至漲價3分之2,讓小店業者更難生存。
