外僑生活支出 亞洲最貴是東京

（中央社新加坡5日綜合外電報導）根據今天公布的調查報告，對外僑而言，北京是亞洲生活費用第二高昂的城市，2012年排名第5。至於東京在日圓大幅走貶下，仍是亞洲生活支出最高昂城市。

根據跨國人資顧問公司ECA International的調查，受到日圓持續貶值影響，委內瑞拉首都卡拉卡斯（Caracas）已取代東京，成為對外僑而言全球生活費用最高的城市，東京則跌落至全球第10名。

ECA International亞洲區總監關禮廉（Lee Quane）說：「儘管中國政府容許人民幣穩步升值，物價及油價也持續上揚，然而北京排名上升的主因仍為日圓走貶，使得日本一些地方的物價大幅降低所致。」

按照目前的匯率，1美元約可兌換102日圓，2012年則為1兌80日圓。

關禮廉在聲明中表示：「中國各地的物價近年來逐步攀升，對有意在這個地區開展業務的企業來說，相較於若干鄰國，在中國營運的成本較高。」

2013年亞洲最貴城市前10名分別為東京、北京、名古屋、上海、橫濱、首爾、大阪、香港、新加坡和廣州。1021205
