歐洲央行稍晚召開利率會議 估利率不變

歐洲中央銀行稍晚將召開今年度最後一次利率會議，但因11月意外降息1碼，市場預期此次歐洲央行應該不會再有其它動作出現，不過可觀察總裁德拉吉的談話來判斷未來貨幣政策動向，同日召開會議的英國央行，市場也預期會維持現行資產購買規模不變，寬鬆貨幣環境有助於歐元資產的表現。

根據歷史經驗來看，即使此次歐洲央行未採取任何動作，上個月降息對歐洲資產所帶來的漲升效應，可維持3至6個月。
