馬談人才：大學好不好 要看有沒有大師

馬英九總統今天接見今年「總統科學獎」得主，提到人才培育的重要性。他說，「一個大學好不好，不是看有沒有大樓，是看有沒有大師」；大師必須要很用心、努力又認真的培養，才能有所成。

今年「總統科學獎」得主共3人，分別是數理科學組的中研院院士彭旭明、生命科學組的中研院院士賴明詔，以及應用科學組的旺宏電子總經理盧志遠，每人各獲得獎金2百萬台幣。
