工商團體憂日月光如停工將衝擊產業鏈　籲江揆想辦法

日月光排放廢水事件，引發相當大的爭議，商總理事長張平沼今（13）日表示，他不是只為日月光設想，但日月光是封測第一大廠，如果遭到勒令停工，怕後續的骨牌效應會影響一些產業，產業界希望行政院長江宜樺等政府相關單位能盡快拿出辦法處理。

張平沼透露，行政院長江宜樺周四（12日）宴請六大工商團體，針對未來景氣動向、兩岸服務貿易協議，以及未來勞基法修正等議題，交換意見。

對於近來引發高度爭議的日月光排放廢水事件，台灣是法治的國家，應該依法處理，該移送，就移送，該行政罰，就處罰，但最重要的是要正常化，希望相關單位趕快想出辦法，勒令改善，趕快走上正軌才重要，處罰都已經是過去的事了。

張平沼指出，產業界擔心的是，日月光事事恐將衝擊整個產業鏈的骨牌效應，他不是為日月光講話，但日月光是晶圓封裝測試的第一大廠，如果受到影響，擔心後續的骨牌效應會影響一些產業，如果零組件不能往下推，可能很多產業無法生產，是一個骨牌效應。

張平沼也呼籲全國工商業界都應該要有社會責任感，才能建立民眾對產業界的信心，而政府也應該積極輔導企業做好環保。
