日月光遭罰資訊未公開 證交所罰20萬

日月光近2年來因偷排工業廢水，違反污水排放標準，遭到高雄市環保局處以多次罰鍰，卻未將遭裁罰訊息輸入證交所公開資訊觀測站，違反重大訊息規定，遭證交所處以20萬元罰款。

台灣證券交易所表示，日月光2年來因排放汙水不符合標準，遭到高雄市環保局多次開罰，但因日月光是上市公司，依照規定，須於公開資訊觀測站輸入遭裁罰訊息，已違反程序處理規定。

證交所已依「對有價證券上市公司重大訊息之查證暨公開處理程序」第2條第1項第26款情事，對日月光處以違約金20萬元。
