私立大學向教育部提出學雜費的調漲方案。教育部高教司長黃雯玲晚間表示，已收到大葉、淡江、實踐的申請，大葉、實踐調幅為1.125%，淡江1.5%以平均5萬5000元學費來算，約是各調漲618元、825元。

黃雯玲指出，近日會由學生、家長、學生代表組成的學雜費審議小組，依各校「財務」、「助學」、「辦學綜合」3個指標來評估，結果預計明年1月中出爐，若通過，下學期可調漲。

世新大學校長賴鼎銘也說，學校今天已寄出調漲申請，漲幅為1.125%。教育部表示，今天是截止日期，但以公文發出日來算，世新應該來得及。
