涉占國土 劉政池行館限期拆除

苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊佔國有地，在陽明山興建溫泉別墅「七七行館」，還建造地下秘密通道，陽明山國家公園管理處通知他在13日之前將違建拆除，但遲遲不見他有所動作，12日晚間劉政池簽下切結，將在3天內拆除完畢，否則就由陽管處出面強行拆除。

劉政池在陽明山興建溫泉別墅「七七行館」，涉嫌佔用國有地1800坪，還建造地下秘密通道，被台北市議員何志偉踢爆，警方前往搜查，並當場在陽明山別墅開挖，確實發現由12個貨櫃所組成的地下密室，總長度29.28公尺、寬16.15公尺、高259公分，相當於一個籃球場且直通別墅。

陽管處日前發出通知，要求劉政池在今天之前自行拆除違建，否則就由陽管處出面，但經過多日遲遲不見劉政池有所行動，昨天晚間，劉政池簽下切結將在3天之內拆除完畢。

劉政池今天派出怪手及清理人員在現場處理，但陽管處方面仍然出動怪手到七七行館監督拆除工程，若是3天後劉政池還未拆完，將由陽管處代為掃平，且費用全由劉政池家人負擔。
