大量陸客住民宿課不到稅？國稅局將查

北區國稅局花蓮分局在分析花蓮縣稅收情形時，發現運輸業稅額與去年同期比較增加了百分之102，但旅宿業的稅額比只增加百分之6.2，經向交通部觀光局調閱相關資料，發現十六個月來，大陸觀光客有5467團都被遊覽車載到不需繳稅的民宿居住，而且疑似有民宿違規超賣。（梁國榮報導）

國稅局花蓮分局長方建興表示，從運輸業的銷售額分析，稅額成長了兩千三百多萬元，與去年同期比較成長了百分之102，但旅宿業的成長比率才百分之6.2，相距幅度過於懸殊，經調閱觀光局提供的統計資料，發現單就陸客近十六個月來，有13.5萬多人次被遊覽車載到民宿過夜，其中有57家包括花蓮、吉安、壽豐地區民宿接的陸團最多，甚至有間民宿多達七百團，平均每棟五間房的民宿，竟然可以住到24.8人，明顯超賣

方建興說，由於民宿月營業額未超過二十萬元，可以免開發票，政府就課不到稅，如果因而造成稅收不公，直接影響正規繳稅的旅宿業者，因此他也奉總局指示，將進行調查民宿業者是否有違規逃漏稅的情形。
