兆豐金今通過現金增資10億股

【林巧雁／台北報導】兆豐金董事會今天通過決議將發行普通股10億股現金增資，發行金額視發行價格而定，這次增資用途將用於增資兆豐銀行150億元及充實營運資金。若以每股20.5~21.5元之間股價現增10億股，估計可募資210億元左右。
 
估計增資後兆豐銀的第1類資本適足率將可拉高到9.5%，銀行資本適足率可拉高到將近12%，符合國際銀行的標準。
