伊朗將提核子計畫新建議 包括鈾濃縮

伊朗外交部次長兼核子談判代表之一阿拉夫契宣布，伊朗將在15日於日內瓦舉行的「伊朗─六強」核子談判上，提出一項「三階段」的新建議，目的在於說服「六強」相信伊朗的核子計畫僅限於和平用途，以確保能有自主的民用核子計畫，同時保證伊朗不會試圖製造核子武器。

阿拉夫契接受國家電視台訪問時表示，「當然我們會針對鈾濃縮的種類、數量及各種不同純度等方面進行談判。」但伊朗似乎不同意西方國家的要求，將核子原料送往國外進行再處理。阿拉夫契表示，「把材料運到國外，是我們的『紅線』。」

另外西方國家並要求伊朗停止將濃縮鈾的純度達到20%，並關閉設於佛多的地下鈾濃縮工廠。
