搶第三方支付商機！一銀與財付通攜手　跨境代收付上線

第一金控旗下第一銀行宣布，跨境第e支付業務已正式推出，並與大陸知名第三方支付業者騰訊集團子公司財付通科技公司合作，共同發展跨境電子商務金物流支付平台，提供國內企業商品透過網路銷售至大陸，及收款清算服務。

第一銀行表示，台灣企業透過網路將商品販售至大陸市場面臨的最大困難包括缺乏金流帳款的交易機制與缺乏物流管理及配送機制，而第一銀行跨境第e支付業務即介於台灣賣方與大陸買方之間的獨立交易平台處理交易款項。

第一銀行說明，當大陸買方在台灣賣方網站選購商品付款後，由跨境第e支付業務平台處理交易款項，並通知台灣賣方出貨，交易完成後再由第一銀行將款項代結匯為新台幣後，撥付款項予台灣賣方。

另外，第一銀行與擁有跨境配送專業經驗的物流商合作，其可協助處理台灣賣方商品的物流及報關作業，也提供第一銀行客戶較低廉的配送費用，以降低買賣雙方的交易成本，進而提高台灣商品競爭力。

第一銀還說，如果現在申辦跨境第e支付業務，除可立即享有物流、金流、資訊流的一條龍優質整合服務，在今（2013）年底前申辦再享有免收設定費優惠，與客戶一同掌握跨境銷售商機。
