南韓KOSPI指數14日以紅盤(2,026.07點)開出後，受獲利了結(KOSPI指數上週五收盤創2月28日以來新高水準)、美國政治僵局無解、以及中國大陸9月出口意外陷入衰退等因素影響而翻黑走跌。KOSPI指數終場跌0.23%，收2,020.27點。Thomson Reuters報導，外資已連續第32個交易日買超韓股、14日買超額達1,977億韓圜(1億8,452萬美元)。

南韓媒體聯合新聞通訊社(Yonhap News)日文版14日報導，根據市場調查公司Strategy Analytics(SA)公布的資料顯示，今(2013)年南韓智慧手機出貨量預估為2,630萬支，將較2012年的3,070萬支大減約14%；南韓智慧手機出貨量陷入衰退為蘋果(Apple)於2007年發表iPhone產品以來首見。南韓智慧手機龍頭廠三星電子跌0.35%，收1,438,000韓圜。

根據嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價，截至紐約匯市11日尾盤為止美元兌韓圜小漲0.01%至1,070.90；盤中最低跌至1,069.22、為4個交易日以來首度失守1,070關卡。累計本月以來(截至11日尾盤為止)美元兌韓圜貶值了0.5%。韓圜維持於高檔，拖累汽車股走跌。現代汽車跌0.95%，收262,000韓圜。

南韓媒體朝鮮日報日文版12日報導，關於曉星集團(Hyosung；004800.KS)逃稅一事，首爾中央地檢署特搜2部於11日同步搜尋了曉星集團總部大樓、會長趙錫來住家及相關10處場所。曉星跌0.75%，收66,500韓圜。
