【賴又嘉／台北報導】孫姓男子(29歲)今年7月6日晚上到北市微風國賓影城看電影，不滿斜後方賴姓男子不斷踢前排座椅，影響他看電影情緒，轉身勸阻賴男，但賴男不認有錯，雙方爆發口角，孫男憤持手中咖啡潑往賴男，賴男不甘受辱，要求影城工作人員找警員到場處理並提告。
 
台北地檢署認定孫男在公眾場所對賴男潑咖啡，已觸犯公然侮辱罪，今將孫男起訴。
