臺北學苑地上權招標 國產署16日辦招商說明會

國產署日前公告臺北學苑及中崙眷舍13筆國有土地招標設定地上權，國產署表示，為促進投資人對本案了解，國產署北區分署10月16號將舉辦招商說明會並辦理現場會勘。本案預定11月28號開標。

國產署表示，臺北學苑及中崙眷舍13筆國有土地招標設定地上權，位於臺北市敦化北路及南京東路交叉口附近，土地面積1.33公頃，約4,050坪，都市計畫使用分區為敦化南北路特定專用區，建蔽率65％，平均容積率284％，屬臺北市少見的大面積精華地段土地。地上權權利金底價為新臺幣114億3,687萬6,660元，地租年息率3.5﹪，存續期間70年，限制不得作住宅使用，及不得將地上權或地上物之一部轉讓予第三人，訂於11月28日開標。
