藥膳食補拚觀光　衛生局藥膳進修班今結業

【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮縣衛生局今年主推醫療觀光，9月起委託「銘師父餐廳」舉辦藥膳進修班今天結業，16名來自旅館、民宿及餐廳業者，經過3個月50小時的研習課程，學成36道藥膳食補料理，衛生局希望能透過觀光業者抓住遊客的胃。今天結業的義大利餐飲業者陳依秀說，中醫藥膳重溫補，吃完義大利餐再喝一碗 濃湯進補，希望能吸引顧客上門補一下。

花蓮中醫師公會理事長張棟鑾與主廚莊忠銘聯手開發菜單，張棟鑾說，菜色主打少鹽、少糖並控制熱量，且用花蓮在地食材依照春、夏、秋、冬四季開立適用的溫補藥膳，全年都能補，但他還是提醒民眾：「食補剛剛好就好，多吃恐造成身體負擔。」
