基隆河染紅 洗染業者遭令停工重罰

北市士林區基隆河畔劍潭抽水站的水池，23日上午10時許被發現整片水域的顏色變成有如豬血般的紅色，一度流入基隆河，北市議員何志偉接獲通知趕往現場，要求市府立即處理。

工務局水利處、環保局獲報，也會同檢驗技術士前往採樣，現場兩度檢驗酸鹼值為7.10、7.05，研判並非工業強酸、強鹼汙染，可能是染料所致，依據集水區域圖展開追查。至晚間查出是士林區後港街、從事洗染定色的「偉瀚公司」作業時，透過暗管排放廢汙水所致。

環保局晚間立即勒令偉瀚停工，並依水汙法採最重罰鍰60萬元，24日將派員挖除暗管。
