日月光今天中午左右向高雄市政府提出停止執行行政處分申請書，但到下午4點左右，又撤銷這項申請。市府人員表示尊重日月光權利。

日月光為何提出暫停執行申請案後又撤銷，市府相關局處人員不願多說，只強調這是日月光的權利。

至於日月光的復工計畫書，下午已送到高雄市環保局，環保局將依法處理。
