彰燒傷8月男嬰轉院　命危未脫險

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】在彰化民宅火警中燒傷的8月大洪姓男嬰，今天下午插管後轉送台中榮總，因生命狀況不穩定，才到醫院門口還一度停止呼吸心跳，幸好醫護人員立即進行心肺復甦術搶救，才又讓男嬰恢復呼吸心跳轉到兒童加護病房，目前進行燒燙傷傷口清創手術，必須等生命狀況確定穩定後才可進行高壓氧治療。
 
台中榮總急診外科主任林子傑說，男嬰除了身上有二度燒燙傷，最嚴重的是當初發現時男嬰已經沒有呼吸心跳，急救搶回後造成的缺氧性腦病變、以及吸入性嗆傷時一氧化碳等毒氣中毒造成對肺部的傷害；目前男嬰插管深度昏迷，命危尚未脫離險境。
