【張沛森／桃園報導】針對日月光半導體中壢廠12月20日被桃園縣環保局24小時連續監測和稽查人員稽查發現排放水質異常部分。

日月光中壢廠已經依5天期限內，在今天派員將廢水處理設施發生原因和故障改善報告書送到環保局審查，環保局將再依水污染防治法第59條進行查核，若屬廢水處理設施故障，在3小時內有通報，且有進行緊急應變處理，並在24小時內恢復正常操作，即可不受水污法之處分。
