劍潭抽水站疑遭汙染 紅水檢測為中性

北市士林區基隆河畔劍潭抽水站水池，上午10時被發現整片水域的顏色，變成有如豬血般的紅色，疑遭汙染，北市議員何志偉接獲通知，趕往現場，擔心基隆河水質遭汙染破壞。

工務局水利處、環保局第二科科長楊維修、環保稽查大隊人員11時許到場，檢驗技術士也前往採樣，現場兩度檢驗酸鹼值為7.10、7.05，幾乎等同中性，研判並非工業強酸、強鹼汙染，仍採樣攜回，再作重金屬等其他項目檢測、調查汙染情形，結果約一周出爐。

楊維修說，紅水集中在抽水站前池，聞起來沒什麼味道，目前閘門緊閉，不會流入基隆河，前池的水，來自市區雨水下水道側溝，到底是什麼原因造成，須進一步查明。由於前池是各側溝水流的盡頭集中區，目前已由環保衛生稽查大隊第四中隊、士林區清潔隊，依據水利局的水路圖，到附近各側溝逐一打開溝蓋檢視，追查水質變色原因。

他說，劍潭抽水站一帶並沒有工廠，雖然旁邊有一處福華市場，不過逢周一，攤販大多休息，僅少數攤販營業，是否與紅水有關，也要進一步調查。
