公共工程防圍標　中市要求流標須提報

【鄭敏玲╱台中報導】台中市政府部分公共工程發包因流標而影響執行率，台中市長胡志強今日在市政會議中要求各單位全面檢討，「不能將流標當理由」；甚至還強調如果出現如建設局長沐桂新所言廠商有默契不參加第一次招標以致流標，就是「圍標」，市府單位應該深入檢討防範。

秘書處長羅文遠則說，已通令所有單位，各項工程發包第一次如果流標，必須提報到市府，由副秘書長匯整找出問題，以求解決，避免二次流標。
