​被爆霸車不還後　林益世改搭小黃出庭

【劉昌松／台北報導】行政院前秘書長林益世上周被爆霸車不還後，今天下午到高院爲被控貪污案出庭時，改坐計程車現身，庭訊結束後則撘乘友人開來的灰色小轎車離去，不回應媒體詢問是否霸車。

上周出刊的《壹週刊》報導，林益世這１年來的黑色代步車，是由日盛金控在2011年向和運公司租下，交給林益世擺在高雄當公務車，林涉貪下台後，將車子調來台北當代步工具，因租約今年1月底到期，日盛金要求林還車遭拒。

但今天林益世並未乘坐這輛黑色轎車，反而是和妻子彭愛佳一起搭計程車到高院出庭，開完庭後，記者詢問車子是不是還了，林低頭不語，快速坐上友人駕駛的灰色轎車離去，另外對於巴西混血兒吳憶樺說想見林益世一面，林也未回應。
