【方佳怡／新北報導】針對藝人宋達民帶著替母親聘雇看護工到北市大佳河濱公園出遊，但受看護人宋母卻未到場，宋達民讓看護工幫忙提東西等舉措，今天經訪談宋達民夫妻及外籍看護工，認定宋達民已違反《就業服務法》第57條第3款規定，家庭看護工不得從事許可以外工作，確定祭出3萬元罰單，過程中宋達民無法接受挨罰，一度大聲咆哮大喊：「沒有可以定我罪，除了耶穌。」甚至連司法不公詞句都用上，但結束訪談步出會議室，恢復情緒被媒體追問僅說：「勞工局判斷是怎樣就怎樣。」

新北市勞工局另對其未依法函知勞工局變更外勞住宿地，將向北市政府及勞委會釐清，宋達民是否已有報備，若無也已違反《就服法》第57條第9款規定，可處6萬元以上30萬元以下罰鍰，後續也將一併調查釐清，最快2周內會將罰單寄出。
