警匪駁火案 通緝犯身亡

（中央社記者劉建邦台北8日電）林姓通緝犯日前和圍捕警方在士林區駁火，今天凌晨1時許身亡。警方今天說，已報請檢察官相驗，預定下星期解剖釐清死因。

因槍砲毒品案遭地檢署通緝的林姓男子，除具有改槍及彈藥技術外，平日擁槍自重，賣毒牟取暴利，且憑著強大火力涉嫌對其他毒販「黑吃黑」。

警方掌握情資，偵查數月後，6日上午11時許跟監得知林男現身台北市士林區某停車場，隨即在旁埋伏；過程中，林男跑到車後方隨地小便，警方見機不可失，4名幹員立即衝向前並表明身分，林男見狀，急忙轉身逃逸並開槍反擊。

幹員立即閃躲掩護並開槍還擊，現場槍聲大作，直到林男用完身上兩把槍的子彈後，才乖乖就範，警方隨即上前壓制。

警方說，雙方駁火40槍，林男的左臀部、左小腿、右腳掌各中1槍就逮，送醫救治。

警方表示，林男8日凌晨1時許，疑因敗血症導致多重器官衰竭身亡，隨即報請檢察官相驗，初步認定應該不是槍傷導致，遺體已暫時冰存，預定下星期解剖釐清死因。1030108
