國民黨抗告案 不量化反擔保金

國民黨針對台北地院一審裁准王金平假處分提抗告，律師團今天下午到高等法院遞交補呈的資料，不過對於合議庭要求量化國民黨的損害金額，仍認為黨譽受損難以金錢估算，因此反擔保金部分呈請法院斟酌；媒體問及是否有意坐下來和王和解？律師林合民表示「當事人已經退無可退」。

林合明指出，國民黨所受的損害包括：黨譽的損失、黨的理念沒辦法貫徹、沒辦法讓次一順位的黨員來遞補立委、因假處分實施讓政黨沒辦法監督擔任全國不分區立委的黨員等，這些事實都無法以金錢來做考量。

對於審判長魏麗娟昨天向兩造提出和解方案，媒體問林合民：「若王金平釋出善意的道歉，國民黨會不會坐下來討論，讓雙方回到原點？」林合民原本回答：「先看道歉內容，再看後續發展。」而後又改口表示，本案面臨政黨自治和司法獨立兩大國家核心價值，「當事人已經退無可退了。」
