立委質疑 林秀濤先生也被監聽

特偵組「監聽風暴」案外案？立委管碧玲今天表示，她檢視特偵組監聽民進黨團總召柯建銘的各張監聽票，發現前台南縣議會議長吳健保竟也在監聽之列。她批評特偵組濫權監聽，用「100年特他字61號」拉出「監聽肉粽串」，想「一案吃到飽」，且高檢署檢察官林秀濤先生疑似也被監聽。

管碧玲說，柯建銘表示不認識吳健保，特偵組握有什麼證據可監聽吳？且關說案中，特偵組監聽柯建銘、林秀濤的監聽票共8張，目前僅4張部分內容曝光。尤其「聲監續字第502號、聲監字第899號」兩張監聽票的監聽對象不明，恐有隱情，疑點越滾越大，她呼籲特偵組把全部監聽票釋出，以昭公信。
