南港經貿地上權　投標文件今起公覽

【郭寶懃／台北報導】位於經貿二路及三重路交叉口的「南港經貿地上權」，面積為1174坪，建蔽率60%，容積率360%，土地公告限值總計約為10億元，已於今日起辦理投標文件（草案）公開閱覽，預定10月底公告招商。

北市財政局表示，該案都市計畫土地使用分區為商業區，距離捷運文湖線「南港軟體園區站」僅約50公尺，距離捷運板南線「南港展覽館站」約550公尺，具備雙捷運線優勢，未來得標人可依都市計畫規定開發辦公、旅館、餐廳、商場等產品，為配合南港軟體工業園區發展，開發後提供該園區相關產業使用的面積，以不低於總樓地板面積50%為原則。
