周人蔘案 2前檢座將發監

（中央社記者劉世怡台北27日電）台北地檢署今天指出，昨天收到周人蔘電玩弊案相關定讞判決書，將對涉包庇賭博案的前檢察官許良虔、洪家儀等人發監執行。

前電玩大亨周人蔘等人被控行賄案，最高法院8月29日對部分案情判決確定。民國81年間擔任北檢檢察官的許良虔及當時在板橋地檢署（今新北地檢署）擔任主任檢察官的洪家儀，也因對周人蔘集團放水、洩密，分別被判處8年4月徒刑及1年徒刑定讞。

周人蔘部分，高院更四審去年間原判決2年7月，但依「速審法」減刑後，刑期為1年3個月又15天，因案件未上訴，全案定讞，周人蔘已自動報到服刑，刑滿出獄。

台北地檢署指出，得知判決定讞，已對許良虔、洪家儀監控，昨天收到相關定讞判決書，將開出傳票傳喚兩人發監執行。1020927
