騎贓車被警察活逮　竊嫌強辯：車是借來的

【楊適群╱高雄報導】高市1名陳姓男子前晚騎贓車在翠亨南路閒晃，看見前方有警網攔檢酒駕，心虛煞車，並掉頭逆向加速快閃，詭異行徑反而讓員警起疑，立刻跳上機車緊追，歷經10餘分鐘跟追，終於將陳男攔下帶回調查。
 
自露馬腳的陳男原本聲稱，機車是向綽號「石頭」的朋友借用，因「害怕警察才逃跑」。但警方調查拆穿陳男謊話，原來他所騎乘的機車兩天前就失竊報案。吳姓車主獲悉到警局指認，除將車子領回並提出告訴。警方調查後今依竊盜罪嫌，將心虛被逮還嘴硬扯謊的陳嫌移送法辦。
