疑報導西藏人權問題　美記者遭拒發陸簽證

【大陸中心／綜合報導】路透社一名記者被中國外交部拒絕批出簽證，但沒有解釋原因，他懷疑與自己報導西藏人權問題有關。

美國《紐約時報》報導，曾任香港《南華早報》駐京記者的慕亦仁(Paul Mooney)，去年因簽證過期返回美國，並於今年4月到舊金山中國領事館再辦理簽證，怎料被職員召見問及包括西藏人權等敏感議題及其立場等等。慕亦仁等候近8個月後，上周五終獲通知中國外交部拒絕其簽證申請，但沒解釋原因。

在北京居住18年的慕亦仁，日前接受電話訪問時表示，對事件感到詫異和失望。屢獲人權新聞獎的慕亦仁，去年不被《南早》續約，引起「赤化」質疑。
