本周14、15日，歐洲將舉辦歐元區與歐盟財長會議，主要議題為銀行聯盟相關細節，需在12月19、20日歐盟領袖高峰會前，完成單一清算機制等項目，歐盟各國領袖預定在年底前對此達成共識。

另外，三駕馬車已展開對希臘、葡萄牙與愛爾蘭紓困評估，加拿大皇家銀行預期，歐元區財長將評估愛爾蘭退出紓困計畫的因應措施。之前三駕馬車已於11月7日完成對塞普勒斯第二次季度評估，將再交由歐元區財長、ESM與IMF進一度評估，預定12月正式決定是否發放下一筆紓困金給塞普勒斯，由ESM提供1億歐元、IMF提供8600萬歐元。
