龍洞灣岬傳意外 東管處增警示牌

貢寮龍洞灣岬步道昨天下午發生瘋狗浪捲走遊客，造成八死八傷的重大溺水意外，東北角風管處長許正隆上午表示，未來在每年9月到隔年3月瘋狗浪易發生季節，將進行礁石區等危險海域管制進出，並擬提供遊客救生衣、防滑鞋，防止不幸意外再發生。

「這是近年來最重大的溺水意外。」許正隆上午向罹難者表示哀悼，他並強調東管處會負起道義上的責任，全力協助死傷遊客爭取最高額的旅遊意外險理賠金。
