統園下游廠商 合規定使用銅葉綠素

台北市衛生局今天表示，統園公司100年迄今進口銷售的「ERKA100脂溶性銅葉綠素、ERKA100-1脂溶性銅葉綠素」，目前依各縣市衛生局回報結果，除下游廠商南僑公司添加於「大膳抹茶蕎麥麵」不符規定外，尚未有超量使用的業者。

北市衛生局表示，統園公司28家下游廠商，屬於北市者共有2家，其中源裕豐國際股份有限公司因該添加物有效期限到期已丟棄，現場查察確實無存貨，另一家大江生醫股份有限公司符合使用限量範圍，且產品皆外銷，未於國內銷售。
