黑心食品連環爆　衛福部擬設食安紅綠燈

【蔡明樺／台北報導】食品安全連環爆，衛福部食品藥物管理署擬採「食品燈號」分級管理，方便民眾了解風險程度。該署副署長吳秀英今指，未來針對重大食安事件，將即時發佈食安燈號，初步規劃依風險程度由高到低分4級，分別為紅、黃、藍、綠燈，風險程度最高的紅燈代表「短期食用有礙健康」，除產品下架外，擬第一時間就請檢調介入，避免行政查察困擾，風險較低的綠燈代表「標示不實無礙健康」，就由各地衛生局依《食品衛生管理法》將產品下架改正或罰款即可。

吳秀英指，食安燈號分4級只是初步構想，不排除簡化成3級，該署仍在討論，至於不同顏色的燈號，該署將如何管理、因應，除《食管法》擬將最高罰金調高至5000萬、最重5年徒刑外，目前傾向風險最高的紅燈立刻移請檢調偵辦。
