逾千民眾求償　彰縣府要求大統速提賠償案

【鄧惠珍、孫英哲／彰化報導】大統長基食品公司黑心油爆發至今已是第８天，大統公司迄今不但退貨狀況零亂，也尚未提出賠償方案。彰化縣政府法制室指出，已要求大統公司最慢在明天（２４日）必須提出具體賠償方案，以示對消費者負責。

彰縣府表示，大統黑心油案爆發已逾一周，退貨情卻仍狀況百出，該府除要求大統公司必須落實退貨機制，也呼籲各賣場通路配合消費者退貨，不得再以各種理由搪塞，而截至傍晚為止，該府針對大統案成立代位求償服務中心，已受理約１３００位民眾的登記。
