預警雷達明年12億維護費　遭凍結3千萬

【陳培煌／台北報導】立法院外交及國防委員會今初審國防部明年度預算，國民黨立委馬文君等委員提案，空軍建置完成的長程預警雷達，後續5年維護預算規劃每年新台幣20億元，去年編列7億元維護費，今年卻暴增70%至12億元，要求刪除維護費5億元。但在空軍參謀長丁忠武中將保證會努力與美方議價下，委員會最後凍結維護費3千萬元，待向委員會報告後，才能解凍。

空軍司令部表示，為撙節預算，空軍已要求未執行項目不得支付美方預算，並持續要求美方落實督導合約商履約情況，及推動工業合作技術轉移，培植國內維修能量，逐年維持檢討維持費作業與預算需求。

軍方官員說，預警雷達是電子產品，隨著使用時間加上受高山受氣候因素影響，用得越久維護經費就越高，維修費勢必增加，每年20億元只是預估經費，有維修或更換料件才會動用經費，絕不會讓美方予取予求。
