歐洲央行：下月對各銀行進行「壓力測試」

歐洲中央銀行(European Central Bank，ECB)今天(23日)表示，下個月將開始針對124家歐元區銀行進行「壓力測試」，並審查這些銀行的資產負債表，以準備明年接下監管職責。

ECB發表聲明表示：「審查將從2013年11月開始，預估費時12個月。」

ECB表示，審查將由各國當局執行，外部顧問公司從旁協助。

這份「通盤評估」將聚焦於「重大風險」，檢視銀行資產品質，並包括「壓力測試，以檢驗銀行資產面臨壓力時的韌性」。

此項檢查除了要增加銀行透明度和採取必要改正措施，目的亦是「建立信心」和「讓股東放心，表示銀行本質健全可靠」。

ECB總裁德拉吉(Mario Draghi)表示：「此次整體銀行健檢包括所有主要銀行，佔全歐元區銀行85%，對於歐洲和歐元區經濟的未來，都是很重要的一步」。

這項評估預計於明年出版。ECB將於2014年11月接下監管歐元區銀行的任務。
