看A片凍末條性侵愛女　獸父被訴

【呂志明／台北報導】家住台北市的單親父親，因為看A片「凍末條」，多次在租屋處猥褻、性侵年僅8歲的女兒，女兒怕痛，男子竟然改以肛交得逞，台北地檢署偵查後以涉犯對未滿14歲女子性交、猥褻罪，將這名獸父起訴，並請法院從重量刑。

北檢查出，男子在2003年與妻子離婚，順利取得幼女監護權。2005年7月，女兒8歲時，男子在租屋處看A片看到慾火難耐，看到女兒在房內，竟親吻女兒胸部。同年7、8月，男子竟要女兒脫光衣服與他在床上共寢，並趁機親吻其唇、頸、胸部、恥骨及腿部，親吻過程中還用硬挻的陰莖碰觸女兒的臉部。幾天後，男子直接戴保險套性侵女兒，因女兒表示疼痛，男子改性侵肛門。

2006年2月，男子因沒繳房租搬離租屋處，父女倆以車為家，男子每晚睡前都要女兒與他舌吻。等到少女年紀越來越大，知道與父親發生關係是亂倫後，將事情告訴同母異父的姊姊，姊姊認為事態嚴重，才協助妹妹逃離父親魔掌並報警處理。
