綠委：「0972」有譯文、羅瑩雪硬拗

民進黨立委尤美女日前爆料，花蓮地檢署偵辦前立委唐碧娥案，「0972」監聽譯文一整疊，不可能錄到空白內容；但法務部卻稱監聽三個多月都未監錄到內容。尤美女今天再出示該案編號96號文件指出，監聽「0972」電話可產出譯文，特偵組根本說謊。

她指出，2007年5月30日監聽譯文中的「監聽電話A」欄位，明確寫上「0972630235」國會總機號碼，「通聯內容摘要」欄更揭露與本案無關的林姓前立委，當時在立院撥電話給蔡姓關係人的對話內容。

尤美女說，今天她趁司委會休息時間把這份資料拿給羅瑩雪看，羅竟還稱「我們懷疑可能是兩欄搞錯了」，硬拗至此令人不可置信。

民進黨團書記長吳秉叡也出示該案監聽前的通聯調閱查詢單說，文件顯示「0972」戶籍地址為立法院地址，帳單地址也是立法院庶務科，且都是法院卷宗，不會亂寫造假，不可能不知道是立院節費電話。
